It’s a pretty cool dining experience. The first thing you do before get into the restaurant is to pick your desired cut of beef at the open air counter near the entrance. They cut it fresh right before your eyes and weight that based on the size you asked for (minimum 300g). Choose how you like your steak to be done. If I can do it again, I would get medium rare for my sirloin as I went for something beyond that which made it rather dry. As the place is not so busy on Sunday, we were able to get our dish in less than 10 mins. The set served with rice and soup and the deep fried garlic added intensity to the meat. Satisfying, good value for money and will definitely come back!
