To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食完啲熱菜Waitress攞咗一碟已經拆晒肉出嚟嘅凍北海道海蟹肉上面加上蟹膏、旁邊仲有碟醋!膏正唔洗講啦原來點啲醋係可以帶出蟹肉甜味!

到Sushi有 伊左目(岩海苔),加醬油!沙甸魚,青檸汁(老實講沙甸魚我淨係諗起罐頭今次食生嘅沙甸魚都幾特別)!北寄貝好過癮師傅出嚟拍一下北極貝然後北極貝佢識郁㗎!原來拍一下後肌肉收縮係會好食啲、證明幾新鮮!赤綠魚、係關西魚王!加上柚子胡椒同飯入面有柚子皮!sushi 最後想三文魚子壽司可以清一清之前柚子胡椒啲辣味道!
