Pic 1️⃣: BÚN RIEU - $138 hkd 🦀🍜
— The words “freshwater crab” really caught my eye when I saw this on the menu, but I think the broth wasn’t as rich as I had thought it would be especially from the menu images 😅 The broth is mainly pork bone dominated with a slight hint of crab flavour to it. It was still good but much more on the clearer side with a lack of complex flavours. The vermicelli was nicely cooked, leaving a chewy texture to them. The roasted tomatoes were so delicious, as it gave the broth a slight smoky aroma and extra flavour boost. The minced pork cake was well seasoned and pretty tasty too. The tofu puffs soaked up most of the flavours from the broth and were really delicious.

Pic 2️⃣: NEM NƯỚNG - $98 hkd 🐷
— Loved this! The marinade on this was super tasty, with a good balance of sweet and savoury. Grilled nicely to give it that crispy exterior and aroma too.

Pic 3️⃣: GỎI BẮP CẢI TÍM ĐU ĐỦ - $88 hkd 🐓🥗
— Good refreshing salad dish to start off with. The veggies were crisp and fresh, with a nice crunchy texture. The mint and nuoc cham dressing made it that extra bit more refreshing and fragrant.

Pic 4️⃣: GỎI CUỐN CÁ CHIÊN - $98 hkd 🐟
— Quite disappointed by this as it very a tasteless dish 😂 The deep fried beer battered sole fillet seemed unseasoned and had a very thick coating of batter, so there was barely any fish in this. The flavours basically came from the dipping sauce.

Pic 5️⃣&6️⃣: CÀ PHÊ TIRAMISU - $78 hkd ☕️🍫
— Had high expectations for this especially since it claimed to use a dark roast coffee! The coffee flavour/aroma was almost non-existent 😂, and the dessert was way too sweet for me, likely from the use of condensed milk. I will say though, that the mascarpone was whipped to a really smooth finish and flavours aren’t bad but need to be more polished.
