Got off work and called my buddy to have dinner at Kwai Fong area. Heard that there is this popular & unique Hong Kong style cafe nearby Kwai Chung Plaza, so decided to give it a try.It was on a Tues and around 19:00, and it’s all packed with customers. We ordered their signature dishes, pork cheek meat mixed with cheese instant noodles and black truffles seafood fried rice.
The noodles also served with oven toast, such a nice portion for lunch or dinner. A lot of cheese covered all over the noodles, perfect choice for cheese lover. The pork cheek meat were juicy and tender. The fried rice had shrimps, squid, sliced crab, green veggies, green onions, and a lot of black truffles, which made the fried has a nice smell & richer flavor.
