This marvelous and massive square-feet hallway first catches the eye rife with mirrors, banquettes and oriental elements. The fact that Armani/Aqua is not a fusion restaurant but is infused with half Japanese and half Italian cuisines, there is a sushi bar in the restaurant whilst the menu also features a smattering of dishes using fresh Japanese imported ingredients and fine Italian techniques.
First comes a Japanese-special, handmade seafood balls stuffed with crunchy veggies, cilantro, topped with super tender squid sashimi, and is completed with a creamy celeriac puree. It is like a pouring flavors and textures of the ocean in spite of that little fishiness.

The chef recommends us having Wagyu beef as our choice of mains. It is cooked perfectly medium-rare, juicy that almost replicates a melt on the tongue. Some ornaments of crispy sweet potato strips and shiitake red wine sauce are the highlights that worth mentioning.

Our tasting menu is extended to two inevitable desserts, coconut mousse and typical tiramisu.
The aesthetic presentation of my coconut mousse impresses very much from the first sight. It is a rich coconut mousse with white chocolate infusion, set inside a semi-sweet chocolate shell and paired with notably loved citrus snow and popping caviars. The piece of edible art certainly hits the spot.

Likewise, the tiramisu is told to be made equally perfect as in sinful mascarpone custard layered with coffee-dipped sponges.
