Tried the HK-style curry soup with vermicelli glass noodles for quick fuel during lunchtime. The bowl included three tofu puffs and 5/6 slices of beef shanks. Soup base is served very hot, vermicelli noodles and tofu puffs fully absorbed the soup, and very tender beef shanks.
