I was in Japan for 8 yrs...Kouryu ramen is quite famous and tasty there....so i went to causeway bay kouryu ramen.......!!!!! it was HK ramen which different from japanese ramen....maybe coz of materials such as onion, noodles, meat etc..noodle= not japanese type( kyuushuu tonkotsu ramen should use thin and hard noodle)soup= not hot enough, lower than 70 degree..( but taste like japan kouryuu ramen soup)dried seaweed and onion= not japanese type ( Japanese Ramen should use japanese onion which

noodle= not japanese type( kyuushuu tonkotsu ramen should use thin and hard noodle)
soup= not hot enough, lower than 70 degree..( but taste like japan kouryuu ramen soup)
dried seaweed and onion= not japanese type ( Japanese Ramen should use japanese onion which can get in HK, seaweed should serve in big slice but not scissor slices)
So disapointed with the name KOURYUU RAMEN in HK...
