To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

常去海港酒樓，唯獨馬鞍山海港(馬鞍山中心) 食品質素奇差! 員工態度不好! 試一下幾年沒有光顧的-新港城海皇漁港。點心價錢和海港一樣(經常到訪美林邨海港) 2人行點了3個點心，1個小吃。叉燒腸粉 7/10馬拉糕 6/10~次點心和普通點心蒸籠大細一樣，有堅果在頂部作點綴，但沒有紙氈"底，整個糕都比較濕。。。金錢肚 4/10~只有4/5片 拿20元往富輝天河多1倍... 味道過咸天婦羅拼盤 8/10~炸漿和美林海港不同，此店炸漿類似蘇炸蠔，美林是比較常見的天婦羅炸漿。 這道小吃有蝦，茄子，南瓜，甜小蕃薯各4件(只能參考不能說每次都是啦)非常脆口👍沒有雪味但油溫不夠高吃試比較多油。@美林海港的 我給3/10分 蝦很重雪味(3分是蝦子的分數)，南瓜很薄。。。
