朋友推介嘅一間越南餐廳,起HKU水街附近款式多:湯pho、撈檬、飯類、小食各十幾款選擇▶️ 越式三文治 ($57)即係越式法包 Bahn mi餡料豐富,有青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、白蘿蔔絲、蕃茄、豬肉、洋蔥、扎肉豬肉切到好薄片而非豬扒,肉質好淋好容易咬🐷洋蔥煮到焦糖化,唔會刺鼻🧅法包烘烤到微脆,不過覺得可以再燶啲香脆啲🥖宜家入面有少少俾醬汁搞到淋濕咗除咗搽上牛油之外,仲落咗大量蔥油同炸蒜,非常惹味,成為成個法包嘅精髓同靈魂😋▶️ 越潮招牌飯 ($67)有扎肉、香茅雞翼、香茅豬扒、蒸蟹蛋上面同樣落咗蔥油調味個蒸蟹蛋好食,有蟹味,入面仲有粉絲、木耳-味道ok,調味做得唔錯,雖然多數靠蔥油,係港式化咗嘅越南菜環境都幾似茶記,座位唔會太迫,lunch time嚟食差唔多坐滿服務可以,個伯伯講嘢好快,好似急口令咁😂睇得出係小店經營價錢算抵食,唔收加一,平均$65/人等我幫大家繼續發掘西環區近HKU嘅美食啦!
