#無疆道新疆手抓飯newly open, they paid a lot kol to write good advert to sell them. i saw this from ig and decided to give a try as i always said all place deserve one change.upon arrival, the place is quite full. but not enuf watress to clean the tables, lucky not much ppl are waiting so we are the next table guest. but the still kept us waited for about 15 minutes as no staff would like to clean table!! i saw 2 empty tables without waiting. we waited long at hot hot summer outside which is very sweat

i dont blame them, new open fault.
but their food serving is delicious, rice full of sheep oil very yum, not strong sheep taste but good taste. one drawsback is the sheep portion for 68$ is really small. just tiny bite of meat. meat is tinder but quantity is far too small. 10g protein i cant find. so i complaint to waitress and they feel embarrassed and give me an extra meat.....
i know sheep is expensive to import to hk. but 68~ isnt really cheap. lucky we added beef to make extra protein. but still. sheep is more delicious.
i advise u dont order beef. tasteless compared to sheep. i like sheep more. if the give u too little meat. be brave and tell the chef.
probably would come back❤️
