Love this izakaya, I like their creative minds and execution with this delicate presentation.Started with uni on sourdough, not like the other uni on toast, they’re using sourdough which is yum, and the Lardo (意大利豬肥) on top was on point! Def love the chicken skin lollipop too, the most interesting texture I have ever had. A bit disappointed with the Carabinero prawn udon, tasted mild, if they can add a bit more soy sauce then would be perfect. Same as the chicken meatball and snasho pepper eel b

Highlights of the meal were Grilled eel onigiri and monk goose foie gras ice cream, mmmm sooooo good
Def will go back again for more, thankssssss dai lo!!
