— Absolutely loved this! The noodles were chewy and held onto the sauce really nicely. The shallot oil was fragrant, and the prawn roe really added that rich savoury and aromatic touch.

Pic 2️⃣: Wok-Fried Clams, Fermented Black Bean & Chilli, Crispy Rice Vermicelli / 豉椒炒蜆配脆米粉底 - $288 hkd 🌶
— Insane flavour explosion, extremely well seasoned, clams were fresh and I loved the crispy rice vermicelli as a contrasting texture. Also very generous portion size!

— So glad I got to try this out before they took it off the menu! The wagyu short rib was crazy tender and juicy, loved the jalapeño purée that really gave it a nice pungent kick. The spring onion kimchi was so flavourful and a perfect acidic compliment to the dense and greasy short rib.

— Very interesting take on a classic! Loved the okonomiyaki flavours in this, and the prawn toast was well deep-fried to a crispy finish. The prawn filling was also perfectly seasonsed.

— Char Siu was amazing. Great fat to meat ratio and charcoal grilled to perfection. The generous amount of honey glaze really added to the complex flavours that were already there too.

Pic 6️⃣: Baby Chinese Cabbage, Fish Broth, Ginger Oil / 薑油魚湯浸娃娃菜 - $118 hkd 🥬
— Nice light dish to have alongside others, fish broth was rich and smooth.
