Thanks to Ivy for these lovely Japanese style cookies.They came in a lovely gift bag.There are three flavours: Matcha, Hoji tea and black bean.Tried the hoji-tea flavour which had a strong roasted smell and taste with pieces of tea leaves in it.The bitterness of the tea flavour in the cookie was balanced nicely by the butteryness of the cookies.
