I was attracted by the BIGGGG cartoon logo once I stepped out the lift, We have been arranged to sit in the long table as we have 4 people in total.
First we’re a bit confused while looking at the menu as there’s way too much information. Anyway we ordered:
1. Caesar Madness: A Holy Crab Specialty, it was freshly prepared by the waiter at the tableside which’s quite entertaining. but it tasted ordinary.
2. Louisiana Bayou Court Bouillon: the soup was nice and I like how it was cooked in a Southern style which i have never tried before.
3. Cajun Chicken Wings: it tasted a bit strange at first bite, it’s like the combination of sour, spicy, sweet & salty, quite interesting!
4. Fried Calamari & Crawfish Poppers: that was the dish I impressed the most as the Calamari was so soft & fresh, and for a crazy sauce lover like me, I can dip every different sauce in every bite!!!!! (There’re total 6 different sauces for you to choose & you can request to refill as many as you want)
5. Boiled Black Tiger Prawns & King Crab Legs: the boiled seafood with special seasonings which we chose Garlic Herb & Lemon Pepper. It was served in a big bucket and it nearly burn my fingers as it's freshly cooked, the sausage that came with the seafood was a bit too spicy for me, but overall the prawns & King Crab Legs were all good & not over cooked which is very important.
Almost forgot to mention the drinks, there’s a wide range of drinks to choose in the beverage menu which is separated to the others. (Btw, the menu design’s soooo cute..XD) The Holy Punch is quite popular and we decided to give it a try, it's actually Fruit Punch with no surprise.
Anyway, I’ll definitely be going back, and I would like to try the Loster 3-way next time which seems the signature dish there.
Other Info. :
The interior design & decor are impressive too...
