To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次嚟到沙田HomeSquare都會頭痛食乜嘢好。因為選擇唔多又唔想行去新城市廣場。元氣又永遠都大排長龍，所以今次去咗唔使排嘅丼丼屋。其實座位都還可以，但係服務態度就需要改善。因為我只不過想餐飲由態度蜜桃茶轉咖啡，侍應就即刻黑我面。食物方面:小朋友就最鍾意佢嘅滑蛋牛肉飯。因為蛋夠滑牛肉又軟熟，唔會硬，好開胃。十勝帶廣名物豚丼定食配特上剌身配副菜 、寒天、日式湯及果茶雖然我哋唔鍾意豬肉，但係呢個日本豚肉好好食，醬汁亦都加埋飯好好味。不過我自己唔鍾意寒天，因為冇乜味。得償刺身都夠新鮮。極上海鮮丼定食（有三文魚、拖羅、甜蝦、小柱同埋魚子）魚生夠新鮮，一碗飯有咁多不同種類的剌身，大滿足。
