Crispy Bistro is a small coffee shop in Sai Ying Pung but there are a lot of special decorations (both indoor and outdoor). Exterior wall have large hand-painted of HK's Forest of Biodiversity, a very interesting painting. Once you step into the coffee shop, there are bar tables (near the entrance), normal table seats (inside) and outdoor seating. The wooden chairs were hand-painted with colorful funny pictures. There are plenty of special decorations in the shop, you can enjoy your coffee/food

Crispy Bistro use Lavazza Coffee, Lavazza Coffee is an Italian manufacture of coffee products. We ordered 2 coffees to try (Americano and Latte). Both coffee taste is slightly weak for us.

Both breakfast is the same except the crepe replaced with waffle and pork sausage replaced with smoked salmon. The arrangements of the breakfast was nicely placed. Smoked salmon rolled up like a flower. Scramble eggs is very delicious. A tint of herbals with the texture of fluffy, slippery and soft. Salad greens are fresh and the sauce is sour which helps to open up your appetite. Baked beans is hot. Waffle taste very buttery, very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Crepe is a surprise for us, it was filled with cheese and bacon....nice pairing with the crepe. However, it was a little burnt.
