Ok, so let me give you my honest opinion. I understand this restaurant is new and all, but honestly, you guys really need to up your food game. First off, your carbonara is not a carbonara. Im not expecting it to be authentic, like no cream, pancetta or guanciale... Im just astonished at how the sauce can be orange. If its lobster sauce, then call it lobster sauce, its not carbonara. Now the actual spaghetti, if you can call it that, was so effing soggy. What is this 1950s Rome? Who serves overd
