I read about this store on magazine when it first open and this reminded me of the ice-cream I had in Seoul.  I was interested but didn't really try to bother to find the store's exact location.  I bumped into it on my way home yesterday (given the traffic situation at causeway bay these days, I usually walk home).  They have quite a variety of choices and I was interested in the one with honey comb and another one with cotton candy.  I ended up tried the honey comb one.It is a milk flavoured so

It is a milk flavoured soft ice-cream and comes with a small piece of honey comb.  I like the honey comb because is a bit crispy and honey comes out when you chew it.  The taste of the honey is very pure...I saw at its counter showing some kind of australian honey comb which I don't have much knowledge about but it's pretty good.  The milk flavoured is very strong and I think it's good enough by itself.  Although it looks as if the cup of ice-cream and the honey comb are small, it's quite filling especially with all the sweetness and I could only finish half of it...it might be better if it was a hot day (I had it at night and the weather was a bit cool on that day).
