After the meet and greet at Transformers, I was too early for the afternoon tea so I came here to try their HK exclusive souffle. The Strawberry Darjeeling Tea was amazing when served. The smell was so refreshing without it being overwhelming.The souffle itself was fluffy and despite using brown sugar as its flavor, it wasn't overtly sweet. The souffle itself was fluffy and despite using brown sugar as its flavor, it wasn't overtly sweet. The sugar powder was also quite aesthetic. Despite my love for tarty flavors and the lemon confiture was great, the coffee milk tea(yuenyeung) won my heart with its stunning aroma and slightly bitter taste that worked really well with the souffle.
