雞批This chicken pie hasn’t got mixed veg in it like the Tai Cheong version (read about it here: http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2134416) but it was better. The pie crust was just the right thickness (or thinness) and was wonderfully buttery. Best of all, it wasn’t the only thing about the pie that was tasty. The filling was made with plenty of chicken meat, though it was shredded, and it had just the right moisture without being clumpy, and tasted really natural.

I sure hope the quality of this bakery is consistently this good.
