This is our first time booking through openrice. We booked using the 25% voucher for dinner. At the initial page of the T&C of the 25% voucher, what we didn't know was that after clicking book now, there will be a different T&C. Ordered, and was promptly told by the waitress there is a minimum spend of HKD350/person. So we discussed if we want to hit, and topped up, only to find out later that this is HKD350/person minimum charge is AFTER discount, meaning one needs to spend around 500 per perso

We questioned where does it say the minimum charge. We showed her the booking page and the waitress left and came back with her phone, jabbing it in our faces and telling us "there there it says".
It's in Chinese. So are you saying those who can't read or speak Chinese is not welcomed at the restaurant?
Food was also really bad, the mushroom soup was bland, the pork rack was really salty and so was the raclette.
In addition, no tap water was served we can only open the terribly overpriced bottled water sitting on the table, a waste of resources and an environmentally un-friendly way.
At the end of the meal, she did offer a 12% discount available with HSBC card but the whole incident left a sour taste in my mouth especially since it was a birthday dinner for 2 of us in the group.
TLDR; Food was bad, super overpriced, and shitty service. Do not recommend.
