i came here with two friends at 4pm for some snackswe got 3 drinkschicken wings, a prawn roll, pizza and a fried bread ice cream dessertalthough the food was standard the service was horrendous!!!!we sat down at 4pm, and our drinks was served at 4.30pm after we rushed for their service...yes they was busy but there was no need for itbetween 4.30- 5.30 the chicken wings, pizza and prawn rolls was servedwe was very annoyed at the speed of the service and complainedthe prawn rolls was very nice, th

we was very annoyed at the speed of the service and complained
the prawn rolls was very nice, the pizza was standard and the chicken wings was bland...but by the time we got these we was put off because of the service...
the plates was cleared at 5.30 and we waited for our dessert...
it arrived at 6.30 after we complained a further two times!!!
by this time i was very annoyed and asked to see the manager...
i told them i was refusing to pay for the food as the service was appauling
the manager came out after a long talk, explaining we'd been there for 2 and half hours she didn't charge us for the food however she did ask us to pay for the drinks
which was fine
