It is a very bad experience for the table reservation, even other restaurants in Tai Kwun, all can reply their customer not more than 2 days for the quote. Even other restaurants also have public holiday or on holiday, they can still keep update their customer on time by different channel, email , WhatsApp and so on...Complicated reservation procedure is annoying (need to fill in the credit form, only allow to do reservation online if more than 4 or 5 persons) , even get the quote is also ex
Complicated reservation procedure is annoying (need to fill in the credit form, only allow to do reservation online if more than 4 or 5 persons) , even get the quote is also extremely complicated than a banking service (need more than 4 days....still not reply)
Hardly believe that in 20th century, still have such F&B service in Central.
If price is reasonable or cheap, client can still suffer such kind of service.
If not, I think no matter how good of your food , compare with other restaurants with similar price in Central, is very bad.
