Horrible client servicing strategy

Live right across the street so thought i'd get myself a coffee while wait for roommate to come home - asked for to go cause I was expecting a 5 mins wait max. Found myself a spot to sit for 5mins but immediately approached and asked to pay for 15% service charge for my coffee, even after I explained I'm here for only 5 mins while the whole place looks quite empty. I guess they have every reason to charge me the 15% but it just made me sick. Coffee was okay but don't think I'll stop by ever agai
