I booked vouchers for this restaurant, then I called to confirm the appointment. I called three times, and always ended with the person speaking hanging up on me. I said hello, she said she didn’t understand (in Chinese) and hung up - despite me explicitly asking her not. I tried asking her whether there’s anyone who speaks English, but she really made zero effort - she didn’t even try using simple Chinese or try to accommodate me at all. Extremely bad customer service, I would return my voucher
