Was there last night for my daughter's birthday and it was a disappointment. I thought this is better than the place we usually go to in Jordan. I was super wrong.At first I thought the beef ribs and pork chops were good but then I ran into some pieces that have been in stock for a while, it tasted awful (read: stale). The spicy soup looked really disgusting. Bubbles all over the top of the soup with coagulated substance of I don't know what. I tried the soup with mushroom and some chicken strips that are usually sold at Fairwood during tea time. It did not have any taste too. Fairwood one is far better. This one is too starchy.
The quality of the food is that bad that I had food poisoning last night. I was woken by a bad stomach. Was very nauseous while having diarrhea. I had to do a lot of deep breathing to keep me from vomiting. Hot water bag on the tummy helped me go back to sleep. I want to pride myself for having a very strong stomach but this one got me.
The worst is the restaurant itself. The ventilation is extremely bad. We smelled like barbeque smoke when we left. I can see the smoke inside. Felt like I was in an airport smoking room when I used to smoke.
