HORRIBLE experience

What a scary taste that i drank in the restaurant! The ice latte hasn't got any ice! And the most terrible thing is, the milk is not milk, you know what s that? Its the washing liquid!!! My frd & me can easily taste out and you know it can clearly to see the *bubble* is still sparking!! Milk can't sparking but the washing liquid DO CAN!!! What the worst experience that I tasted in this restaurant!!!
