It is quite a horrific experience and hope to leave a comment to let everyone knows.No one response to emails on the reservation and staff hardly pick up calls. Poor customer service #1. When we made a booking by phone (finally), staff however informed us there is no booking when we arrived at the venue. Poor customer service #2. We were forced to have the outdoor seatings luckily they have some ventilation machines which helped.The steaks are terrible. It’s not cooked accordingly to our prefer

When we made a booking by phone (finally), staff however informed us there is no booking when we arrived at the venue. Poor customer service #2. We were forced to have the outdoor seatings luckily they have some ventilation machines which helped.

The steaks are terrible. It’s not cooked accordingly to our preference on medium, medium well etc. Also, the steaks are very hard to chew. The spaghetti however is not bad. We spent almost an hour waiting for the food.

Overall, I would definitely not recommend.
