It's not easy to find a place to have hot dog in Hong Kong; it's definitely even harder to find a place that makes it well. Seeing that this shop is newly open, I gave it a chance... I've tried the Jumbo Hot Dog. It was made to order but it is warm, not hot because the sausage was microwaved and then gently placed on the stove to "grill". As a customer, I feel like the cooking is very little effort in the culinary. The bun was unimpressed either. Although it was toasted, it was also not hot. Tas

The bun was unimpressed either. Although it was toasted, it was also not hot. Taste wise, the quality of the sausage meat was not great. Lots of fat content and not enough seasoning. My guess is the sausages are brought, not homemade.
