One of our colleagues got promoted, thus he planned to treat us for dinner. As we wanted a place where we can sit for long, he chose steam boat in the end. Today we went to Boat Dweller Steam Hot Pot Specialist, where it is a place for steam hot pot. It was located at Carnarvon Road, 3 minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.Shortly after we were seated, we were served with several cups of seasoning and sauce for us to mix and match. Lemon & ginger cider - As I have never seen this flavor before, I decided to give it a try. It was surprisingly refreshing. It was smooth on the throat, with light alcohol content. It has strong lemon and ginger taste as well.

We ordered a big gigantic bowl of sashimi platter. Salmon sashimi was buttery and smooth, soft as well. Octopus sashimi was fresh and sweet, chewy too. Surf clam sashimi was very chewy as well, and sweet.

We ordered chicken and crab porridge, and soon after, the waitress poured those uncooked ingredients to the base of the pot and let it slowly steamed.

Sliced lean pork was thin in texture and was fresh and juicy. It will be better if the sauce on top was not that much, as it was too flavourful.

Steamed crab rice - They used glutinous rice, and together with garlic, it was more fragrant. Rice was sticky and chewy, and crab was fresh and juicy too.

The prawns were still fresh when it was served, with the legs still moving. Prawns were very fresh, juicy and chewy as well. The shells were easy to peel off too.

Giant clams were very fresh and chewy, with special sauce on top. The sauce tasted slightly like cheese. Vermicelli was soft and smooth too.

After we have finished our dishes, we were ready to eat our porridge. As all the essence of the dishes that we have eaten just now dropped to the bottom, the porridge was very tasty and flavourful. Rice was chewy and fat, and porridge was thick in texture. Chicken was soft and smooth as well.

Osmanthus jelly was fresh and clear, very soft as well. It has slight sweetness, which suited me.
