There are a lot of restaurants in Jordan, especially hot pot. We tried this special hotpot today and left with satisfaction! We ordered this giant seafood hotpot plate to start with. We in total are 7 people, but we were pretty full already after all the seafood. The oyster is fatty and fresh. The scallop is amazing with lots of meat. They were so fresh and taste really salty, looks like they just get them right from the sea and put them on the plate. The broth was so tasty and delicious. The spicy didn't cover the seafood. It had a really good balance of saltness and spiciness. It really was amazing!
