Purposely coming all the way for their signature pistachio flavour dessert, sadly end up everything sold out. I was coming on a Saturday at 4ish which was pretty empty and it wasn't at their peak hours. It was kind of letting down when seeing everything sold out in the menu.
Anyhow, we ordered their black sesame mix, with either cashew or walnut.
Staff served immediately after ordering via QR code. Staff just placed the two dessert soup on table and left right away. Both dessert soup visually looking the same, the staff had no intention to let us know which was cashew or walnut. We asked further and she explained 'should be this was the cashew'. Shouldn't be staff knew what they are serving?
We anyway started digging in. I purposely didnt mix through to try tasting both flavours, unfortunately all I could taste was black sesame. The black sesame way overpowered the cashew and the walnut. Without a doubt, their black sesame dessert soup was silky smooth. Incredibly nutty and with velvety texture. Love that they offered the decision of mild sweetness. That's all about it.

Seatings were comfortable and good that there wasn't any queue. Unexpectedly, flies kept flying around us and kind of disturbing. Whole dining experience was very disappointing. Even I asked the staff when will be the best to come for their pistachio flavour dessert, she explained rudely limited offer only and don't know how many would offer daily. With that service and options, I don't see the reason to come back purposely all the way to Polam for their limited signature Pistachio flavour desserts while there are many more options out there. Such a shame!
