Went here because they had this pork liver bun with spring onions and ginger. If only the pork liver was as good as the one in SSP then it would have been heaven.It would probably taste better if they use spring onion oil from Chinese roasts instead of grilled spring onions.Anyway, the pork chop was so big that you really needed a knife and fork although you can tackle it like a canine!!!!!!!!!!!!It also annoyed me that the tasty pork chop was served in soup as it softened the the crispy surface
