天寒地凍最啱就一定係打邊爐啦,今日過開紅磡,見到呢間有得食卜卜蜆又有邊爐,一於試下餐廳整體感覺很乾淨企理,很花心思裝修,比到一個很舒服的環境食客用餐,就算係裝醬料的器皿都好精緻我地先點咗個招牌卜卜蜆鍋,蜆的份量頗多,而且都幾大隻,食落鮮甜,食得出都很新鮮而且個湯底都好香,有很多蒜蓉,令到啲蜆更好食,正打邊爐又點小得牛肉?我地點咗份手切安格斯牛小排,呢個真心有驚喜,啲脂肪很平均很清晰,涮20-30秒已經ok,牛肉味很香很濃,不得了另外,我地都點咗墨魚丸、芝心魚卷、炸魚皮同蒿荀:- 炸魚皮份量幾多,浸3秒左右吸到很多湯,但仲有些脆- 芝心魚卷入面啲芝士勁香- 墨魚丸好彈牙,正呀另外呢度飲品都正,我地點咗個椰青同蘋果醋,不是很多餐廳可飲到
