見到紅磡開左間火鍋店,裝潢好靚好新淨,今日放工同左朋友黎試下!6點幾入到去仲未有好多人,選了一個卡位坐,每個卡位都有欄欄住,私隱度高。老細介紹了一個小食-泡椒鳳爪泡椒味好入味,腌得好有咬口,唔會太腍,食完之後成個口腔仲有一陣陣泡椒味,一邊等火鍋滾一邊傾計一邊食住鳳爪,幾好幾好。朋友想試下卜卜蜆鍋,自己不太愛食蜆,但這個鍋味道好好,奶白色湯底下其實有好多蒜泥,有少少莞茜調味,望住蜆一個個開,鮮味慢慢滲入湯底!蜆粒粒大隻冇沙,份量多,食到個人都飽飽地了。當然有叫下不同的火鍋料-蔬菜拼盤新鮮,條條菜都好幼嫩,仲有金菇木耳粟米豚肉片基本上渌一陣就食得,好濃豬肉味,靚野,嗌得冇錯。貢丸/蝦丸本身已經飽了,但打邊爐點都要食下丸,所以就叫左呢兩款,食完更加暖粒粒!

泡椒味好入味,腌得好有咬口,唔會太腍,食完之後成個口腔仲有一陣陣泡椒味,一邊等火鍋滾一邊傾計一邊食住鳳爪,幾好幾好。

朋友想試下卜卜蜆鍋,自己不太愛食蜆,但這個鍋味道好好,奶白色湯底下其實有好多蒜泥,有少少莞茜調味,望住蜆一個個開,鮮味慢慢滲入湯底!蜆粒粒大隻冇沙,份量多,食到個人都飽飽地了。

呢排天氣凍冰冰,真係好想去打邊爐。咁啱今日大年初二冇乜幾多間餐廳開門,最後就試咗呢一間火鍋店。呢度首先要講嘅係佢嘅服務好好,招呼我哋嘅女士應該係老闆娘,態度好好,服務亦好足。而佢嘅火鍋亦都好有水準,我哋叫咗牛腩鍋,佢話係熬出嚟嘅湯底 ,味道真係好重,不過我認為本身湯底有少少太鹹,所以都係加咗水打邊爐。而佢嘅食物係好新鮮、肉質亦都好好。啲牛又腍又滑,而丸類同埋餃子都比較特別,唔係出面食開嗰啲。所以應該係自家製嘅!

紅磡灣中心一帶有著不少食肆,當中這間「潮窩」火鍋店即使在閒日也有不少座上客,相信在區內有若干名氣。價格適中,比傳統旺區稍低,但食物品質也算是不錯的。鮮椰青竹絲雞湯 ($198): 湯底放了大量湯料,包括鮮椰青水、椰青肉、竹絲雞、紅棗等等,鮮味之餘,更散發陣陣椰香,蠻清甜。雞件份量十分多,雞肉爽滑,頗有雞味,此湯鍋性價比蠻高。安格斯牛肉粒 ($128): 色澤呈鮮紅,帶有較多脂肪,因此油香豐富,香滑而美味,但也不乏牛味。芥末墨魚丸 ($58/半份) & 芝士牛肉餃拼雲吞 ($78): 手打墨魚丸爽彈,內含爆漿芥末汁,味道溫和,不會太濃太嗆,蠻特別;另外芝士牛肉餃有點像意大利雲吞,蠻好吃。香脆炸魚皮 ($48): 魚皮香脆惹味,份量十分多,輕灼五秒後那半脆半腍的口感更為吸引。

天氣凍凍地打邊爐又正呀嘛 。其實今次係睇中佢嘅卜卜蜆 ,見人食得咁滋味 。卜卜蜆製大推 汁嘅味道好足 ,超級多蒜頭 ,係勁香勁好食 。蜆基本上冇沙都好新鮮 ,蜆肉都爆滿 !手切安格斯牛小排 (小)雖然係細嘅份量但係都好大碟 ,大家見到油花分佈都幾平均 , 所以食落口係非常之嫩,但唔係入口即溶,有肉未,幾新鮮。配埋先卜卜蜆嘅汁仲有少少蒜味 ,我覺得嗰個湯底打邊爐真係好正 。手工餃同蝦餃基本上我去到邊度打邊爐都會食佢哋嘅手工 制食品。我就幾欣賞呢度嘅蝦餃 ,飽滿又彈牙!最後想讚一讚佢哋嘅服務 ,有禮貌又自動幫手換碟,啲蜆怕太老,又會幫我哋夾埋一邊 !!

又有一排冇打邊燼啦,今日興起就同朋友來左呢度。有好多款SAUCE可自己調,發現呢度既食物好有創意呀!有士多啤梨墨魚丸,人手打既丸好彈牙,咬開就食到士多啤梨SAUCE,味道出奇地夾,好SURPRISED!黑松露牛丸都係中間有黑松露。連食牛丸都食到咁高級咁既款!雲吞同魚餃都好好食,雲吞啖啖蝦肉,正呀!食完呢D已經好飽肚。個卜卜蜆有勁多蜆,仲要好新鮮,冇沙架!正!我地仲叫左唐生菜,又係超新鮮,好味道,健康既朋友叫左柚子蜜,我就一定要飲可樂先打到邊爐既。食完野店員比左菊花雪梨水我地飲,真係有雪梨,佢話抗肺炎,好SWEET呢!呢度都好有空間感,張TABLE夠大。呢度既食物高質得黎價錢都相宜,性價比唔錯!
