To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前個星期四去食lunch buffet, 朋友預早訂位，eshop 折扣要到二月先有，是次信用咭折扣85折優惠連加一大約三百頭。種類算多，有蠔，蟹腳，羊架，燒牛肉，燒買，沙拉骨，干蒸牛肉，小籠包，花膠，鮑片鵝掌，炸天婦羅等等！以$32X連加一，都可以接受啦😊其中紅酒燴牛尾，沙拉骨值得一讚，牛尾入味夠林！沙拉骨外脆内軟，汁剛好吾會好似槳糊咁！至於牛扒同埋羊扒生熟度都剛好，肉質林，但冇咩牛味同羊味！小籠包同點心質數無驚喜，都可以接受質素！花膠同鮑片鵝掌算入味！蠔算鮮甜，可惜同魚生食物溫度一樣室溫。。魚生咬落口感怪怪。。不敢多食！甜品方面有Haagen Dazs 雪糕批，Movenpick 雪糕球選擇！芒果拿破崙酥皮保持鬆脆！部份refill 快。。
