To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀區少有精緻西餐，原來已經有兩間分店，一間位於旺角T.O.P., 今次我哋就去咗尖沙咀金巴利道呢間落地玻璃嘅Lab Eat🥰❣️之前聽朋友嚟過環境唔錯，牆身主要用上Tiffany blue 色，掛上不少畫作，感覺優雅；而餐廳中間位置更有個好靚水吧位🥂餐廳大部份都是梳化卡座，坐得好舒適，落單時職員都解紹得好清楚👍🏻ᵂᴴᴬᵀ ᵂᴱ ᴼᴿᴰᴱᴿᴱᴰ𓐎生牛肉薄片 $258傳統手工嘅薄切和牛生牛肉片，配搭🥬火箭菜同芝士🧀入口好惹味，一口一啖啱啱好😋𓐎油封法國鵪鶉脾及栗子 6隻 $188法國鵪鶉髀薰烤到金黃色，肉質好鮮嫩，餐廳好少有嘅菜式，好值得嚟試吓👍🏻𓐎西班牙八爪魚紅蝦頭膏意大利飯 $298八爪魚入口爽彈又新鮮，而且份量都好多，意大利飯充滿濃厚嘅紅蝦汁，真係胃口大增😋𓐎北海道白牛乳慢煮白鱈魚柳 $368高貴嘅白鱈魚柳實而不華，白鱈魚同蜆肉一齊烹煮嘅湯，真係入口鮮味不絕，忍不住即刻飲晒🤭𓐎脆皮士多啤梨椰子杏仁蛋白蛋糕 $138超精緻甜品，絕對係打卡able🪐外觀造形係粉紅色星球造形😍佢外層係脆皮。而入面係幼滑嘅椰子mousse, 再配搭新鮮士多啤梨啫哩，甜品控唔好錯過啦⭐️* ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈ ┈
