All the reviews are correct - the female owner is the rudest and most impolite person I have ever encountered in a restaurant. She yells at her own employees, she yells at customers, she talks to herself to voice displeases...I still go there every week though. Why? Because the food is very good. Most reviews already mentioned 炸兩and yes it's a must-try. I especially like its egg noodles (which nobody has mentioned?). It's chewy with great texture and tastes really good.I don't like most of

I don't like most of its desserts - I do like almond soup a lot. It's my favorite there.
Going back to the rude owner, honest to god, after the first few times of shock I have grown accustomed to it. I think she just has no control of how her mouth operates, that's all. Don't take it personally. And yes, bottom line is don't expect to see courteous attitude at this restaurant and if you can get over that (and ignore anything bad coming out of this person's mouth that directs to you right in your face), eating there is joy.
Or, you might satisfy your curiosity by paying a visit. You will see how a restaurant with such reputable terrible service still is full-house all the time.
