Paid $1000+ for the drink and food brunch set. Food was worse than any dim sum place that I have ever eaten in my life. You can get better dim sum for $30.Some dishes were not even remotely 'chinese'. The beef was like stroganoff. The fried chicken had a weird fishy taste. There was a very weird wasabi/mustard/horseradish pork belly dish that seemed undercooked so it was difficult to chew. Veggies were basic - no garnish no sauce. Steamed buns, siumai and hagau were below standard - the filling

There was a very weird wasabi/mustard/horseradish pork belly dish that seemed undercooked so it was difficult to chew. Veggies were basic - no garnish no sauce. Steamed buns, siumai and hagau were below standard - the filling was not flavourful enough and the dough or wrapping was not satisfying to bite into.
Service was good but I don't go to a restaurant for the service, I go for the food first. If I want service I'll hire a maid or butler.
Usually when you have a disappointing meal you move on and don't come back. This meal was so bad I feel compelled to warn the reader to stay away.
Don't go here if you want to eat dim sum. I overheard some Singaporeans in the lift call it 'white people dim sum'.
