秋冬寒風起,大閘蟹開季!!每年都會去莆田食大閘蟹,莆田供應既江蘇大閘蟹,養殖基地水質清澈,湖中仲有繁茂的水草和豐盛的魚蝦陪伴大閘蟹長大。除左有清蒸之外,仲有油煎或熟醉既煮法款式,但我最鍾意原汁原味咁食佢個鮮味,所以照舊選擇清蒸大閘蟹!蒲田大閘蟹公依然都係多蟹膏,清蒸大閘蟹果然係清鮮必選。蟹黃和蟹膏醇香濃鮮,好正。食完大閘蟹仲會送杯薑茶,記得問佢俾喔!百秒黃花魚蒲田最出名既百秒黃花魚係我至愛。首先要飲佢個熱魚湯,充滿鮮甜魚香,非常暖胃。然後沿著整條魚骨用匙羹將兩邊魚身割開食用,非常方便。福建特色紅糟鰻沾滿福建特色紅糟醬的鰻魚肉,肉嫩爽口彈牙,多汁帶酒香。
