but I have to say they should really just leave it @ a room temperature for a while before they serve
it was abut cold when it was served

hommos, lamb kefta, babagaboush, moroccan cigars(filo pastry filled with goats cheese and fresh mint),zaaluk, flafel, feta cheese, mixed olive and green leaves

moroccan cigars(filo pastry filled with goats cheese and fresh mint) - the cheese was strong, again, I love it, my friends didn't
zaaluk - eggplant dip, quite ok
falafel - meat ball, abit dry, but ok, love the touch of sesame

served with veggie soup and Couscous(又意譯為蒸粗麥粉,是一種源自馬格裡布柏柏尔人的食物。它由粗麵粉製造,形状和颜色都像小米。is a traditional Berber dish of semolina (granules of durum wheat) which is cooked by steaming. It is traditionally served with a meat or vegetable stew spooned over it. Couscous is a staple food throughout the North African cuisines of Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Mauritania and Libya and to a lesser extent in the Middle East and Sicily.)
