我由細到大都超鍾意食牛。咁啱Mr C 唔係香港,我唯有約朋友食飯!朋友響中環返工,介紹呢間食Prime Rib,咁就帶我同另外一位友人一齊食。我哋三個食肉獸,叫咗一份mega cut (16 oz) 既 signature prime rib ($538),medium rare。餐廳好貼心,問我哋係唔係share,會幫我哋切三份。另外叫咗嗰side dish,steam asparagus ($88),同埋叫咗 sea urchin carbonara ($198)。首先嗰prime rib,medium rare 啱啱好,唔太多血水,鮮嫩多汁,一啲都唔乾。配燒汁,好好味。同埋嗰prime rib 包焗薯或mash potato,我哋揀咗mash potato。另外嗰sea urchin carbonara,我覺得好rich,有小小too creamy / too heavy。但係嗰海膽都好match 嗰面。我哋用咗九秒九就清咗呢碟!我哋坐咗響上層,比較靜啲,三個女仔傾計啱曬!我哋仲見到胡杏兒同佢老公撐檯腳!唯一就係我覺得牛既價錢好似偏貴,but well,it's central
