People definitely get a bit insane here! Who would imagine stacking 一 底 雞 旦 仔 next to the soft serve in a regular plastic cup! Seriously...?!? Having said that, it does look very interesting! I saw other people's orders and it seems like their 雞 旦 仔 is crispy on the outside and puffy in the inside, definitely not soggy ones.
Despite I was 90% sure I want to get that "signature" before I got there, even my not so tiny tummy told me that I cannot hold much more carbs. To be honest, the "Night Wolf" looks great but it really a bit too doughy to be an after dinner dessert. Together with extra butter and caramel, I think you really need to go there with an empty stomach to conquer that one. And deep down, the fact that "Ohh Tea" has earl grey and roselle in it just secretly won my heart. I really love tea flavoured sweet food as the hint of bitterness often helps balancing the sweetness of the dessert.
My frd was almost persuade into getting "Cold Whisper" (so I could try both), just to find out that they sold out "Cold Whisper" earlier the day because they are of limited supply.
What an incredibly pretty and yummy masterpiece - From top to bottom, from inside out! You know when you stack food you are putting yourself into a risk that people love majority of the elements in the glass/cup but not the thing as a whole because bits and bites in the glass/cup do not relate to the same dessert at all. But I swear, this one is different!! The different layers of things just blend in incredibly well with each other.

Except the caramel popcorn I felt like it's so so, everything else is great, especially the teabag and earl grey berganot panna cotta and the jasmine sorbet. Usually others might put in a ready made waffle stick in a dessert cup for decoration, but you can see how much detail they put in their dessert cup. The homemade cute tea bag cookie is fresh, toasty and buttery. I cannot use better words to describe how satisfied I am with this dessert cup but it's one of the best dessert I have had in this second half of the year.
Definitely going back to try the other cups and also the KIMCHI 雞 旦 仔 =D (sounds interesting isnt it)!
