I have been to this restaurant quite a few times. It was highly recommended from my friend, King Lee. He mentioned this place has the best sashimi compared to all other Japanese restaurants in HK. The place is not loud and I would prefer sitting at the sushi bar because you can see the fresh fish and chat with the guys making sushi. They're very friendly and give very good recommendations. My favorites:
-ask them for their seasonal fish. it will not disappoint you.
-toro sashimi (i've never had a piece that tasted 'not fresh')
-chopped toro with uni sushi (shapes like a ball)
-chopped eel sushi (1 of their famous dishes)
-grilled scallop wrapped with seaweed (very crispy seaweed)
-fish liver


I don't eat beef but all my friends love this:

-Slightly grilled raw beef wrapped outside a tempura roll.
