海膽深海池魚,這道菜好醒胃,酸酸尾尾既醬汁,配刺身食一樣咁夾,唔使經常都配wasabi咁單一,海膽有2種,橙色的口感比較幼滑,但海膽味未算好突出,黃色的口感較結實,不過海膽味相當濃郁。厚燒玉子,蛋煮得岩岩好,外層帶有少少半凝固狀態,而且每一口食落都好滑身。海膽吞拿魚壽司卷,共6件,由上至下係海膽、吞拿魚刺身、吞拿魚蓉、壽司米,刺身和蓉係兩種不同口感,混合一齊食口感層次豐富,加埋海膽令味覺更加提升。炸蟹肉卷,共4球,餡料係蟹肉和忌廉,外層酥脆,內裏係“杰”身既軟滑餡料,有d似日本既可樂餅,碟上既醬汁係梅子味,酸酸地夠醒胃,而且可以解膩。生薑豚肉飯,豚肉食落有油脂香味,油脂比例岩岩好,估計係7成肉3成脂肪既黃金比例,另外飯同樣有驚喜,每一啖都食到有生薑既味道,簡直係滲入左每一粒米。蜜桃梳打/海鹽荔枝梳打,大杯兼且冰凍解渴,海鹽荔枝加入左椰果兩者永遠都係絕配。
