銅鑼灣黄金廣場多好野食,相信好多人都知,但竟然喺 4/F 比我哋發現到一間日本料理,一門 (The mon)。呢餐亦係我嘅生日飯,就豪一次吧 !反正有人請 😂, 餐廳用佐暗暗嘅燈光, 整間餐廳無論環境同氣氛都很有情調,非常適合做節慶聚餐啊。店員嘅服務態度都好友善,餐廳經理不時會行過嚟同你傾計。🤣食物方面 : 無論係刺身定熟食都做得非常出色,材料新鮮,味道很好,擺盤亦很用心,相信大家睇完圖片都心動了😍,今餐盛惠 $1600,係貴佐少少,但值得 !呢個一定要叫,鎮店之寶 ! 玉子入面啖啖都係蟹肉,食到停唔到口。本人好鍾意食甜蝦,佢啲甜蝦就正正係我好鍾意味道,吞拿魚亦都好新鮮,鍾意食刺身一定要叫呢個。石鍋牛肉飯既牛肉份量足夠, 側邊有少少泡菜,送飯一流。呢兩隻燒蝦入面嘅蝦肉真係超大隻,配上檸檬汁 ,好帶出蝦嘅鮮味。牛舌同埋雞肉煮得都淋,唔會話太鹹,味道恰到好處。鮮帶子點上豉油真係好好味。呢個蜆肉湯係我食咁多餐廳入面最好味嘅蜆肉湯 唔會話淨係得鹹味。個湯有好濃嘅蜆肉味。埋單1600蚊,人均800蚊。 銅鑼灣既日式料理餐廳入面,呢間一定係top 5 😆 continue reading

我曾經去過呢間居酒屋既分店,覺得很不錯!因此今次再次到訪銅鑼灣「一門」,這家餐廳選料新鮮,裝潢神還原日本居酒屋,坐得舒服,幾乎樣樣都好食,邊度搵😽🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🍀拖羅蓉海膽$160@2pc👍👍首先一上枱就俘虜咗我嘅心😻超精緻,由餐碗到食材到伴碟,全部都經過精心設計,有高級感!而拖羅蓉海膽好鮮甜,可以用鮮而不腥形容!🍀大真鯛刺身$280👍👍真鯛在日本一直被視作喜慶的象徵,是當地人慶祝時不可或缺的一種魚。真鯛魚身飽滿多肉。魚肉晶瑩剔透,口感柔中有韌 ,脂質含量適中,我同朋友都覺得超驚喜。點醬油可以提鮮,不點醬油原汁原味,怎樣都好吃!🍀一門沙律$78🥗裡面除了有多種菜類,而且還有青瓜、洋蔥、紫菜,還有酸酸地的醬料!大兜又開胃!🍀鰻魚石頭飯$138👍這個鰻魚厚肉有嚼勁,肥美,啖啖肉,又夠多,魚肉結實不鬆散,雖然蛋放在石鍋中,仍然嫩滑,更特別的是,石頭飯好似仲有八角茴香的味道,比較少見,但確係美味🍀杏仁酒$48👍前所未有的體驗(因為我未飲過),酒味容易入口,醇滑,不會過於濃烈,但同時滿足小飲怡情的雅興,而叫人最驚喜的是,酒香不會掩蓋杏仁的味道,餘韻帶點杏仁清新,好鍾意。🍀豚肉芝麻醬$88所以份量唔多,但都ok 值得食,豚肉片食得出質素良好,加埋芝麻醬味道好濃郁!🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸媽呀!諗起就流口水!今次打長左少少唔好意思呀,但因為好推薦大家去食,太有誠意忍唔住haha! continue reading
