This is one of those times.

But this is what it actually looked like. Trust me, it looked worse when I opened. I already reshaped it to look better.  I chose beef bolognese. It clearly didn't have enough sauce. But it tasted like the meat sauce that has been missing in their regular burgers lately. But I wish there was more as the pasta just became really dry. T here was a meat patty that wasn't their usual burger patty. It had a sponge like texture and  tasted a bit like imitation meat. The pasta was just slapped together to form a shape but it fell apart easily when I tried to pick this burger up. The only good thing I can say is at least it was al dente. All this was sprinkled with some Parmesan cheese flakes. There was some lettuce, too.

I don't know MOS Burger. I think this is clearly a Hong Kong edition as I didn't see this in Japan when I was there last week and I didn't see it on their website. I'm not sure where they are going with this. I was sitting here a bit confused and well ... embarrassed because I'm sure people in the kitchen were laughing nonstop as someone bothered to order this. I won't go for a repeat.
