However, I was told that both the pork chop and the lamp were quite bland. They did not taste as good as it looked. Targeted at something more "pure", I ordered the Pan fried sea bass with French dressing. Yet, it seems to me that it was the most favourful dish of all.
I've been avoiding eating fish skin for a long time as I've once vomited after eating some fat fish skin. To my surprise, the skin of the sea bass was beautifully seared, crispy on the outside. It was not fat at all.
The body of the sea bass was tender and could be easily torn down to slices. There was only a little meshed potato on the plate. I will advise you to get rice or spaghetti because you will still have some little meshed potato.
The lunch concluded with a nice coffee. The rotation ended in a warm atmosphere. Until then my dear friends~👋🏿
