To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本對這間集團式的日料餐廳沒有什麼期望，但用餐後卻意外地發現食物的質素及服務也很好。服務員會主動添茶，而且還會詢問是否滿意食物質素。而服務員Van更是努力殷勤、非常好客👍🏻用餐當天剛巧有原隻海膽及來自五島列島的生蠔。原隻生蠔不但顏值高，而且味道鮮甜。而大大隻生蠔味道也是非常濃郁。其他食物例如和牛壽司及鵝肝壽司也是滿意之作。而迷你海膽三文魚籽壽司飯也非常可愛。小小一杯的份量非常適合一人食用。而且我很欣賞餐廳為此菜式而特製的迷你碗跟木碟，這使美味的食物增添高顏值的元素，非常適合拍照打卡。
