IFC嘅French Window 開咗好耐,一直都未有機會試。今日難得有朋友約食飯,見到佢有restaurant week $398 一位嘅3道菜晚餐,就訂位一試。絕佳的環境,高樓底,疏落嘅枱,落地大玻璃加無敵海景,非常舒適。麵包籃,後面嗰兩舊酥皮麵包特別好食,鬆快而且有牛油香。雅枝竹羽衣甘藍沙律,難得羽衣甘藍生食都唔覺得太硬,dressing酸甜合度,控制得好好。煎蠟魚(red snapper),完美嘅火候,肉質緊緻,皮薄而脆。少有食到咁有水準嘅西餐魚。煎雞扒,食得出係靚雞,雞味同咬口係多啲嘅。甜品係蛋白餅同拖肥批,賣相一流,味道普通。
